“How wonderful yellow is. It stands for the Sun.” - Vincent Van Gogh
Brilliant, expressive and unique, just like the sun. Yellow was made to be the center of attention. A color that naturally grabs attention and transmits an overflowing and limitless power, so much that some of the most iconic cars have linked their history around this color, most significantly Ferrari.
That’s right, 70 years after the birth of the Prancing Horse, enthusiasts still remember that yellow was the original color chosen by Enzo Ferrari himself for the emblem of his stable. This yellow shade which accompanies the famous horse is also the symbolic color of the city that housed the first Scuderia Ferrari, Modena.
Only later, following the assignment of red as the official color of Italy by the Association Internationale des Automobile Clubs Reconnus (currently the FIA), Italian cars were painted with “Rosso corsa”. Today, Ferrari is the only stable to have kept the national racing color.
Perhaps it was influenced by the great triumphs achieved by Ferrari or perhaps its overwhelming ability to be noticed and engage, but yellow still remains one of the most distinctive colors both in motoring and style.

Paint and interior details in different shades of yellow magnify the physcial charm in several modern sports dream cars such as Porsche and Maserati, both top of the line in terms of performance and both true icons with unmistakable lines.
Not only modern cars, but also super classics have worn yellow to enhance their racing spirit and unmistakably. Like the gorgeous 1925 Bugatti 35A that literally made heads turn during the 2017 Mille Miglia.
Needless to say, charm attracts charm. In fact, according to color psychology, whoever drives a yellow car or emphasizes his style with details of this color is a person of eclective, cheerful and remarkable character, often with brilliant intelligence and subtle humor.
A true outlier, capable of boldy pushing himself out of the ordinary, using the universal language of color to clearly communicate your way of being unique.
